Body Back-Up was established by Robin Lansman in 1988 to provide comprehensive treatment and advice for people suffering from muscular and joint pains; including Back Pain.
We are fully trained primary health carers, trained to assess and treat a wide range of muscle and joint injuries in any part of your body – everything from backache, headache, neck and shoulder tension, to knee pains and sports injuries as well as so-called “trapped nerves” and “slipped discs”.
Our team of Osteopaths aims to offer a professional point of contact and a range of skills to help the individual tackle their particular condition.
A Helping Hand from Body Back-Up
Body Back-Up Osteopathy and Sports Injury Consultancy offers you a modern, professional “hands on” approach, providing helpful advice and remedial exercises, as well as immediate treatment and pain relief – and if your need is urgent, we aim to see you within 24 hours – or the same day if possible, at one of our clinic locations.
There are 2 Body Back-Up Clinics in Maida Vale, London W9, near Paddington and our Head Office Clinic in Maidenhead, Berkshire
Osteopathy is a safe and effective form of Primary Health Care – referring GP’s, Nurses and Midwives and our patients appreciate our professional and open communications inspiring our Practice Carter.
Our Osteopaths will explain to you:
- Why you are in pain
- How long your recovery will take
- How many treatments you should need
- When it is safe to return to full physical activity
- We offer prompt written referral (when needed) to an appropriate professional
We seek to restore optimal functioning of your body where possible without the use of drugs or surgery. Our patient centered approach to health and well-being means we consider your symptoms in the context of your full medical history, as well as your lifestyle and personal circumstances.
The Body Back-Up team of Osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council and uphold the highest standards of patient care, best practice and conduct.
