Payment for products ordered
All goods ordered via the website can be paid via a PayPal account or with a valid bankcard as well as credit cards, over the telephone.

A receipt will be issued on request.You should receive your goods within 10 working days of receipt of your payment. If you would like further help and advice on how to use them or for pre-order details and after-sales care, please feel free to contact us.
If you are not fully satisfied with any items they may be returned to us within 10 working days.If you need to return one of our products then we will happily refund the items value by bank cheque on receipt of goods - please let us know what the problem is! The amount refunded will be less all P&P charges - in either direction. You may want to record the delivery at the post office.
