When
we assess a sports injury, we look at all the areas of the body, not
just the one causing the pain. We'll tell you what treatment you'll
need, how to speed up your recovery and when you can return to your
sport.
We may
prescribe special exercises to increase your joint mobility, stretch
your muscle groups, strengthen weak muscles and restore muscle balance.
