Having been on osteopathic practice since 1988 for over 15 years in Maida Vale, the time came to open a community based osteopathic health consultancy

The concept has come in part from observing patients needs over the years as well as nothing how much stress and stain the population is under as well as the health services that are trying their best to support the nations health.

Making health care useful and individual as well as convenient and affordable is a goal we are aware is key to helping the community gain most from professional expertise.

Sharing knowledge between other health care professionals is also helpful in helping people who are suffering find health quicker.

We know exercise is really important to health and wellbeing.

Sometimes there are blocks that prevent people engaging fully in their lives. These can be shorter of longer term. Looking after children elderly family, going to work, household chores are all take physical and mental effort and energy. Wen you are not well or in pan these everyday matters become even harder.

Sports and exercise like walking or any activity have huge benefits on our well being.
Sleeping. Digestion. Blood sugar levels and mood.

If you cannot do what you need to do or want to do or want to do for enjoyment life becomes harder.

We are here to help the community engage within the family, school, social group, sports club, work place or just you…feel better and overcome the blocks that prevent you working, resting or playing better.

Call us for a review session for 15 min at no charge o see if we can help you or at least signpost you to someone who could. please feel free to bring a family member or friend with you if that would help.
