Always keen to help patients, Geoffrey later trained as an Osteopath and Sports Massage Therapist, utilising specific techniques to helps alleviate muscular pain and tension which often builds up in the body during stress or physical activity. This helps the body not only to recover after injury, but also to achieve overall health through the body’s own healing mechanism.

He is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC Reg no: 9015) and the Institute of Osteopathy, and continuously attends workshops and classes in his pursuit for helping patients find health.

Geoffrey uses his skill set in:

• Structural Osteopathy
• Myofascial Release
• Soft/Deep Tissue Massage

to treat many musculoskeletal conditions such as chronic back pain and osteoarthritis.
As a keen athlete, Geoffrey cycles and plays football, and advocates the importance that movement is medicine and its link to overall health and wellbeing.

Geoffrey has worked in a local GP surgery, residential care homes and patients with HIV, and these experiences play an important role in his treatment approach and long-term patient management strategies.

Delivering osteopathic healthcare to developing countries has always been a keen interest for Geoffrey. His mission is to expand the boundaries of Osteopathy, identify and support programs and organisations that help promote osteopathic medicine, its principles, and deliver holistic patient-centred healthcare around the developing world.

Since graduating from the British School of Osteopathy, Geoffrey has been involved in humanitarian volunteering projects abroad to Armenia and Peru, offering an osteopathic holistic patient-centred approach to health.

Born in Peru and speaking fluent Spanish, Geoffrey was part of the Amazon Hope Medical Expedition providing medical treatment to rural communities of the Peruvian Amazon, working alongside permanent in-country clinical staff, treating a wide variety of medical, dental and musculoskeletal conditions, and educating local people on health and wellbeing.
