Patient Testimonials
“When I first came to see Osteopath, Marelie Mey and was suffering severe shoulder pain and taking strong painkillers.
The amount of relief experienced in just 3 weeks has been enormous!
Happy to say that I am now pain free and feel I have my “old life back” and can highly recommend Body Back-Up and particularly Osteopath Marelie Mey.”

Owning a Pilates studio and then getting a back injury is not really ideal. Repetitive bending and twisting left me with alot of  pain and frustration – especially after seeing many therapists and not getting a full assessment or successful treatments. I found Body Back-Up on the internet and then met this lovely lady – I cannot recommend Marielie enough. Her knowledge and caring nature is very hard to find amongst the health industry.
Marelie approached our appointments with integrity and was so thorough. She explained what she was doing and why and it all made sense.
The exercise app was great and ice to get exercises for me and not a generalised page of exercises that has been photocopied thousands of times.
I will definitely be recommending her and so pleased I know that I always return if I need help.
Thank you Marelie
