Anna qualified in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy with the London School of Sports Massage in 2004 in order to increase her understanding of how the body works to support her in her coaching of junior sprinters from club to national junior level. This was alongside her professional corporate life but realised that massage therapy and soft tissue therapy was a passion that she wanted to pursue professionally and on a full time basis.

Over the years Anna has treated many athletes, hockey players, tennis players, and sports people as well as those with day-to day life issues reducing pain, increasing mobility and supporting functional improvements. Anna brings her knowledge of athlete training into her practice incorporating functional movement and mobility as part of her treatment plans. Anna works alongside other heath and physical care professionals as appropriate – Physios, Osteopaths and Fitness trainers. Alongside treating athletes Anna also works in the film industry treating cast and crew.

Anna is a member of the Institute of Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM).
